(Re)-Naming the Tomato

Solanum lycopersicum —  the stupidest, most aesthetically dead plant nomenclature in the garden.  I vote we rename our beloved tomato to evoke the qualities that make it the centerpiece of the August garden. Vote for your favorite, and add your suggestions!
